🎮 Squad Scheduler
Find a time your squad can all play — no more "when's everyone free?" spam.
How it works
- 1Get the bot in your serverSomeone in your group needs to invite it once — ask whoever set this up if it's not there yet.
- 2Tell it your timezoneRun
/setup timezone:<your timezone>in Discord, once. - 3Paint your usual availabilityRun
/availability addin Discord, or sign in here and use the weekly grid — whichever's easier. - 4Propose a sessionAnyone runs
/schedule invite:@friends game:<game> duration:<minutes>and the bot finds the best overlap and posts a poll. - 5Respond, and you're setAccept, decline, or say you're not sure. Once enough people are in, it locks in and reminds everyone before it starts.
Good to know
- It's advisory, not a calendar override — a "locked" session is a suggestion, never a command. You can always just play.
- Silence doesn't block anything — if you don't respond, you're just left out of that round's tally.
- Once you're signed in, connect Google Calendar in Settings so real conflicts show up automatically on your availability grid.
/freein Discord shows who's around to play right now — handy for the spontaneous sessions that don't need a whole poll.
